My New Venture

Okay, so I'm taking this cake decorating class. So far it's been fun, but then again, I've only had one class......lol. Later on this week I will post my first decorated cake. I'm really excited about this. Especially since I've never been much of a baker! Stay tuned and let me know what you think about my weekly creations! Plus, if you have any tips, they will be greatly appreciated.

Card Drive

I will be hosting a card drive at Michaels this Saturday from 1 to 5. All cards made will be donated to be sent to the troops. A very worthy cause. The cost is only $5 (supplies not included). Come on out and join the fun. Those of you who are thinking "I can't make a card".....YES YOU CAN!

If you cannot make it to the card drive, but have cards that you want to send, please send me an email at OColeman@hotmail.com so I can give you an address to send them to. Hurry ladies, our time is running out. I have to have these cards in the mail no later than November 11th. I'm counting on you all!

November is going to be a very busy crafting month! I will be doing a CARD DRIVE on Saturday, November 5th, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Let's support our troops! All cards made will be donated to be sent to the troops. Supplies are not included but its worth spending $5 - $10 to let someone know that they are being thought about.

Birthday Cards

I've been pretty busy lately, but I had to take some time out to make b-day cards for my sister and co-worker. I think they came out great! I used the Forever Young and the Celebration cartridges.....these were super easy! I'm learning new techniques for ribbon and I am dying to try all of them.....lol.

Scrapping Space

Well, after finally buckling down, I tackled my scrapbook room and finally got it cleaned and organized! I am so proud of myself....lol. Now if I can just keep it that way.
