I enjoyed making this card and adding my own little special touches. After cutting the card, I cut it as two separate pieces, one black, one white. The black for the front (outside) and the white for the inside. The black outside, I embossed with the honeycomb embossing folder which I have been dying to use! I then when over the lines with a white pen, giving it that brick look. I then embossed the white cuts for the front of the church, lining them up in the folder.
I cut the cross out in gold glitter, and the door to the church. How cool is that???......lol. Of course the "congratulations" was stamped in gold stayz on in order to coordinate.
For the windows. I cut them in pattern paper first, and then I cut them in vellum to give them the frosted stained glass look. In order to get the frames, I just resized and layered the windows.
